Another great health kick using sea buckthorn, summer fruits, oats, honey and yoghurt.

Total Time – 5 minutes

Ingredients

  • 150g summer fruits
  • 25g sea buckthorn
  • 1 tbsp oats
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 100g yoghurt
  • 50ml apple juice (optional)

  1. Combine the sea buckthorn berries, summer fruits, yoghurt, honey and optional apple juice.
  2. Once blended add oats and combine once again.
  3. Serve with sea buckthorn berries.
