Packed full of vitamins, combining sea buckthorn with apple, kiwi, spinach and banana is a great way to stay healthy.

Ingredients (quantities enough for 1 glass – increase quantities as required)

  1. Once you have prepared all of your ingredients simply place in a blender and combine until the mixture is smooth and without lumps.
  2. Serve with sea buckthorn berries, blueberries and a sprig of mint.
